Ultimate Upland Hunting Moments in Minnesota

We have a long, rich history, and we have been providing hunting for four generations. Becoming a member at Wild Wings offers many great opportunities. Many avid athletes don't get enough hunting during the regular seasons, and wild Wings provide an alternative to hunt when it works for your schedule.

Our unique shooting preserve is very different than most. We cater to our members and their guests' needs, seeking upland hunting at its best. Our fields comprise 14 different hunting areas, farmed but not harvested to make up the exceptional cover. All of our sites are diverse, some being flat while others offer more of a woodsy experience. This diversity provides various challenging shooting conditions to cater to all types of hunters regardless of knowledge or physical abilities.

Wild Wings is a place for all levels of hunters, and we encourage and support youth development through outdoor skills. The Apprentice Hunter Validation program is available in Minnesota and provides youngsters or adults the opportunity to try their hand at hunting without a FAS certificate. In other states, this is often called a Hunter Education Deferral Program. This program enables an individual who is usually required to have a Firearms Safety (FAS) certificate but does not have one, to try hunting for a year under the supervision of a licensed adult hunter.

Members and their guests are encouraged to bring and use their hunting dogs. The performance of a well-trained dog is truly a pleasure in itself. Members can also choose one of our 40 experienced guides. Our guide service offers you a variety of pointers and flushing dogs. Wild Wings' guides are provided with annual seminars regarding hunting techniques and the latest safety for our fields. Our guides and dogs are required to qualify annually to guide our members.

Our hunting season runs from September 1st through April yearly. No licenses are required to hunt at Wild Wings, and we offer many packaged hunts. You may choose one of our packages, add it, and customize your own package/event.

Wild Wings of Oneka is environmentally conscious and has been for many years. We wish to preserve our natural resources for generations to come. We require the use of a Nontoxic Shot, and no Lead shot is allowed in our fields or on our clays courses. All in all, our Clay targets are biodegradable and non-harmful to our environment.

Our clubhouse is located in the center of the property. It is a spacious, warm place to relax and grab some coffee. Members and guests are asked to check-in at the clubhouse upon arrival. After a hunt, there are facilities to freshen up. The club has a full bar and bar menu in the lower level, including a great craft beer selection. Hot coffee is always available. Dining room meals are available when arrangements are made in advance. 

Wild Wings has a unique atmosphere that you will not find in other Hunting Clubs. Members join and typically stay for generations, and our club offers a place to build relationships and networks.

Annual Membership fees include unlimited guest privileges and use of the club year-round. Club tours are available and encouraged.
